A Rich Tapestry of Experience
My love for photography ignited over 45 years ago, influenced by my grandparents’ travel photography and the storytelling of classic photojournalism. My career has spanned various roles from media and marketing within the bustling world of Sydney’s media giants to leading digital innovation in sports entertainment at Cronulla Sharks, where we were celebrated for our digital communication prowess.
From the Darkroom to Digital
I’ve transitioned from the pre-digital darkroom’s charm to the precision of digital DSLRs and now, to leveraging AI for creative expression. In 2019, I launched Maxyphoto and the Big Dog Studio, further expanding into livestream event production during the challenging times of COVID-19, and continuously exploring the intersection of technology and art.
